NIS was awarded for the most complex approach to talent development in 2015, whereas in 2016 the Company won the first Talent Management Award in Serbia by Stanton Chase competing against renowned international companies operating in Serbia.

This award is a crown of best practices in talent management employed by NIS, such as: evaluation of nearly 8,000 employees according to corporate competencies as the basis of assessment of potential and further development plans of an employee, internal assessment and development centers (AC/DC) which enable more objective decision making with regard to development needs and employee promotion, succession planning process and individual approach to the development of key employees through individual development plans, career path models specific to each Block business transparently showing steps and prerequisites for career advancement and renowned programs of Corporate University that prepare employees for each next level in the Company.
