NIS at the Job Fair “Top Job”

NIS, one of the most attractive and most desirable employers in Serbia and the region, employs some 11,000 workers this year again supported the Job Fair “Top Job”, from 4 to 5 April at the BELEXPO Centre in Belgrade.

At this event, NIS will also present its employment programs, and on an innovative designed stand all interested visitors can get detailed information about the Company and active vacancies and to talk with the representatives of NIS.

In addition, candidates at the stand can submit their resumes or submit it by e-mail, in accordance with the NIS strategy in the next period to carry out digitalization of business.

Human Resources Policy of NIS is based on equal opportunities for all employees and potential employees, who are the most important resource of the company and NIS constantly invests in their professional development. Only in 2017, NIS has invested nearly 200 million dinars in employee trainings, and the Company’s concept of permanent learning and employee competence development was awarded with the first Talent Management Award in Serbia in 2016.

Our Company’s strategic orientation is to enable the best young experts the first professional steps in NIS after completing their education. One of these programs is the “NIS Chance”, which has been continuously implemented since 2012 and by which more than 100 young people have been employed in the Company last year.
